What is the Shakeology 3-Day Cleanse?

The Shakeology 3-day cleanse is a way to rid your body of toxins, lose weight, lose belly bloat, and make yourself feel better. It's a great plateau-breaker or way to jump-start your next workout program.

How to do the cleanse

For three days you'll have the following:

  • three Shakeology shakes
  • one or two pieces of fruit
  • a salad which may include fish or white poultry meat (6oz. or less)
  • water, water, water

Example mealplan

Here's an outline of your mealplan for each day of the cleanse:

  • Breakfast: 1 Shakeology shake (1 scoop or package of Shakeology mixed with water and ice) with an optional 1/2 cup of fruit
  • Snack: 1 piece of fruit
  • Lunch: 1 Shakeology shake (1 scoop or package of Shakeology mixed with water and ice)
  • Snack: 1 Shakeology shake (1 scoop or package of Shakeology mixed with water and ice)
  • Dinner: Green salad with 3 servings of vegetables and 4-6oz. of white meat or protein substitute (tofu, legumes), 2 tablespoons of dressing (olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette)
