Testing my sanity
In case you haven't noticed, I really like P90X from Beachbody. It's a great workout and I have gotten some amazing results from it. I think I need a little bit of a change, since I've done two rounds of it.

The Healthier Me started off as an exploration into a world I wanted to learn more about: Health. My original intentions for the site were completely different but they evolved.
