Working out with P90X: Part 2
There are a lot of programs that promise more than they deliver. Very few actually deliver on what they claim. I'm finding out the hard way just how effective P90X is.

Learn how to love Yoga X
There are a lot of people doing P90X and I've met dozens of them. There seems to be a prevailing complaint from the majority of them and it's one of the reasons people stop using the program. The deal breaker I'm referring to is Yoga X. In my latest round of P90X, I had a breakthrough moment with Yoga X which makes me look forward to it every week.

[Link] The Real Fitness Nerd: Time Magazine's Lame Excuse Not to Exercise
I saw the cover of this issue of Time Magazine in the airport this weekend. I'm glad I didn't pick it up and read it because it would have pissed me off to no end (and ruined my flight home). The article in question is a complete crock and The Fitness Nerd breaks it down.

P90X Round 3: Struggling the first week back
If the title wasn't a big enough clue, the first week back on P90X has been rough. My entire body is sore and I'm finding it difficult to get back into a good routine. It's a nice reality check and puts the next few month into perspective.

P90X Round 3: Second week, more setbacks
As it turns out, my second week of P90X wasn't much better than my first week. This is going to be more work than I anticipated. Time to take it up a notch.

P90X Round 3: Weeks three and four
This update is a little late but it's important for me to post — accountability and all that. Now, if I remember correctly, weeks three and four were a bit of a blur and some of the problems I've mentioned previously hadn't been fixed. Despite the setbacks, there were some nice improvements.
